Scott is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Mandolin Partners. He brings 23 years of real estate experience to the role. Most recently, he served as a Division Partner at Childress Klein, where he led the Office and Brokerage Services divisions.

Scott began his career at Childress Klein in 2002 as a high-rise office property manager. He quickly transitioned to an office leasing role focused on marketing a three-million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office assets. In 2010, he launched the company’s third-party brokerage services division, building a successful team to assist clients with local and national real estate strategies.

Scott holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina and holds the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Scott currently serves on the board of the Childress Klein YMCA and has previously held board positions at Renaissance West Community Initiative, NAIOP, and the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.

Scott, his wife Ellen, and their two children are proud Charlotte natives. They enjoy spending time with family and friends at Lake James, fly fishing on the North Carolina rivers, and attending live music events.

Sunil is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Mandolin Partners.

He brings 21 years of real estate and investment experience, most recently as a Principal at WHI Real Estate Partners. WHI is a middle-market real estate private equity firm investing over $2.5 billion in gross real assets across five funds. At WHI, Sunil served on the Investment Committee. Prior to WHIREP, he helped build the acquisition platform at Childress Klein, focusing on sourcing, executing, and asset managing investments across various asset classes in the Southeast, partnering with institutional investors and family offices.

Sunil holds an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a B.S. in Economics and Computer Science from Duke University. He is a CFA® charterholder and is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, serving as a member of the ULI Charlotte Capital Markets Council and the ULI Small-Scale Development Product Council.

In his free time, Sunil enjoys spending time with his wife, Betsy, and their two children at the U.S. National Whitewater Center or hiking the beautiful trails in the Carolinas.

Andi is a Director and serves a dual role within the advisory and investments platforms at Mandolin Partners.

Andi brings 8 years of brokerage and project management experience, most recently at Childress Klein, where she was a Senior Associate of Brokerage Services. She serviced third party clients in leasing and acquisition transactions with a focus on tenant representation. Prior to Childress Klein, she spent four years in project management at Duke Energy.

Andi holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a Business Administration minor from Clemson University. She is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina and is actively involved in the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), where she serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Programs Committee.

Andi loves to spend time outdoors, from the coast to the mountains, with her husband, Ben, and their English Cream Retriever, Griffin.
